When Samsung launched its 7 inch tablets many purist, including Steve Jobs, criticized the form factor of these pony tablets. After almost one year, 7 Inch Samsung Galaxy Tab is a success. Now one more time Samsung is playing its card on a new form factor for a tablet. Samsung is all ready to introduce a super decked up tablet Samsung Galaxy Note. Calling Galaxy Note a tablet can be misleading as it can very well qualify for a super powerful smartphone. If you want to use it as a phone, you need to have a big hand for sure. This new device has a 5.3 inches large display. As far as specifications are concerned, Samsung Galaxy Note can beat any boastful tablet/smartphone (read iPhone) which is available in market or is about to be launched. Lets see why this smartphone/tablet is a performance power house.
First thing that I noticed about Samsung Metro C3752 is its fast response to my key presses. Metro C3752 has latest version of BADA operating system and is powered by fast processor speed. This combination gives a pretty good experience while using this mobile. Samsung Metro C3752 is a dual sim (GSM+GSM) slider mobile. We should give credit to mobile designers at Samsung for their thoughtfulness while designing this dual sim mobile; for easy switching between two GSM SIMs there is a separate button at the side of the phone. I found this sim selection button convenient while making calls. Samsung Metro C3752 also scores on its smooth finish design and compactness.
iOS has some great functionality which we miss badly in Android, like for iOS there are number of apps which can let you take screenshots easily and one need not to jailbreak their devices to install these screenshot apps. Unfortunately this is not the case with Android devices. Upto Android 2.1 there was only one way to take the screenshot without rooting your device . One had to use DDMS through Android SDK to take screenshots. There are applications (like ShootMe ) available for Android devices but all of them require a rooted device.
Samsung is all set to launch its Nexus S 4G soon, some say it may be as soon as 18th April. This will be released by Samsung and mobile career is Sprint. Most likely Samsung Nexus S will not be very different from its earlier version, Nexus S. it will be having the same 4-inch Super AMOLED display, a 5 megapixel camera and a front-facing camera), 1 GHz dual core processor , 512 MB of RAM (here Samsung can surprise us by boosting RAM to 1GB), Wi-Fi b/g/n with mobile hotspot, NFC for contactless payments(Google is banking heavily on this new technology), GPS, and runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
Gone are the days when “mine is bigger than yours” used to be a thing of pride, now things have taken a 180 degree turn and “bigger” has been replaced by “thinner”. The “thinner” you have, more popular you become. At least it is working for Samsung’s new Galaxy Tab 10.1.
As the web gets flooded with new “hands on” videos and various previews and reviews of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 , one thing gets murkier ; its USB connectivity. Even though official specifications say that this new galaxy tab will have a USB 2.0 connectivity, people are not able to find a USB connector anywhere in the device. Many of the comments in Engadget review and on other popular technology blogs show the same concern, if there is no USB in Galaxy 10.1 people are not going to buy it.

Last October Samsung launched this Galaxy S in India . Initially it was overpriced at 31000 INR but now the prices are coming down to around 27 k – 27.5 k . Still an overpriced phone for ‘budget’ users given that it ships with old Android 2.1 (Eclaire).
In less than 48 hours, François Simond within android community got this going, he extracted the gingerbread ROM from the newly released Google’s Nexus S (hardware by Samsung) and got it working on old Galaxy S. Being the first attempt to burn Gingerbread, it is not 100% migration. Galaxy S with Gingerbread is not supporting WIFI and GPS currently. But soon this will be fixed soon given the proactive android community.
